Can I position the icon using CSS?

If you are very specific about where you would like the Beam icon positioned you can use CSS to position it. Some CSS styles may cause the Beam Box to display inconsistently. If you need assistance please use the support link in the contact us section.

Can I change the way the Beam icon looks?

Yes. you can choose from 4 different sizes of icon, you can also change the label (the text that sits next to the icon) using your own style sheet.

Can I change the way the Beam box label looks?

Yes, it automatically picks up the link style from your style sheet but you can also style it directly. To style the beam_label use class "bmXtext".

Can I change the way the Beam box looks?

Select the website you would like to customise the Beam Box for, it the 'Settings' section you will see a panel called 'Beam Box Settings' click the customise link next to the sample Beam Box. Here you will find many optione with which to customise the look and functionality of the Beam Box.

Can I change the colour of the icon?

No. The icon has been designed to become recognisable for sending content to mobile devices from the web. We have made the decision on the users behalf to make this icon consistent in colour and design so that it can be easily identified as to its functionality. It will also become a symbol of service and privacy.
