Can I pause my account?

Yes, you can pause your account at anytime by clicking on 'Settings' for any website. You will see under the website panel at the top of the page the 'Beam Status' there is a link next to it which says pause.

What do people see when my account is paused?

Beam icons do not display when your account is paused. It's just as if they were never there.

How do I pay for Beams?

Accounts are pre-paid plans. You can choose between many different plans starting as low as $15 per month. This will give most websites enough SMS for their needs. For accounts that require advanced customisation, phone support and more SMS can select premium plans.

What happens if I exceed my plans allocated SMS?

When you are approaching 90% of your SMS allocation you will be sent an email to let you know. You have the option to do nothing and your Beams will be paused until the next billing cycle or you can go to your account and purchase the same or a larger plan. The billing cycle will then be reset.

Where do I enter my credit card details?

You enter your credit card details in the account level 'Billing' section at the top of the page. Edit the 'Payment Method' and enter your information.

What credit cards are accepted?

We accept most major credit cards, a list is provided when you are entering your details.

Are my credit card transactions secure?

Absolutely. We use a secure server and SSL to pass information. Your details are stored securely (PCI compliant) with a globally recognised payment gateway.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged as soon as you purchase a plan.

Do I receive a tax invoice?

Yes, invoices are emailed to you when you make a purchase. You can also resend the email from the billing page.
