Creating and Managing your Campaigns
The BeamAds system uses a very simple control panel for creating and monitoring your campaigns. Simply create and target new campaigns then submit them either directly to a publisher of your choice for approval or to our ad network for immediate distribution.
Advert Text
An advert can be up to 130 characters long. This allows for compatibility with all major text ad systems. You can add an SMS reply mechanism or a url to visit a WAP or mobile internet page.
Banner
You can also upload a banner that is displayed when the Beam Box is clicked on by the user, this is a little extra recognition for the sponsor of the message and a little extra brand presence. The banner is a snatdard half banner which is 234 x 60 pixels, it is not clickable and can't be Flash.
Campaigns
You can create multiple adverts that exist within a campaign. These adverts rotate evenly and are delivered to your destinations. Campaigns can also assigned a daily budget.
Ad cost
The cost of the advert is either pre-negotiated with your publisher and inserted into the direct bid panel or you can choose inventory from our public category system which you simply enter a bid on. Generally the cost is to cover the delivery of the message. However on higher traffic sites BeamAds will be more expensive due to their popularity and specific relevance.
BeamAd Panel
The BeamAd Panel shows all of your campaigns. From here you can view all of your active campaigns and how often each advert is being sent. You can also create, pause, delete and review adverts and campaigns.
